The pristine Blue Agave plantations that produce 123 Organic Tequila were once cultivated by the ancient Aztec peoples of Mexico. Today, the USDA and EU Organic certifications of our tequila guarantees that it has been produced with an emphasis on the use of renewable resources, the conservation of soil and water, and without pesticides or synthetic fertilizers.

A Master Tequilero Comes to Town, Tasting Panel April 2019
I am a newbie to tequila and hosted dinner party and served 2 different tequilas with each course. Served #1 Blanco with entre grilled lime & tequila grilled prawns, arugula salad w/poblano avocado dressing & grilled corn. Used tequila glasses from Historically Modern Designs. Really enjoyed experiencing the flavors of the Blanco with the food. I'm no expert but definitely buying another bottle. Gracias!
